When my yoga studio closed during the lockdown. I had to find a new way to stay active and clear my head, so I decided to try running. At first even three miles seemed daunting – but since I started in April, I’ve gotten up to six miles without stopping, and I am now training for my first half marathon, something I cold never have imagined before- Katie Berohn

Positively Purging-I welcome your feedbacks in the comments and your likes and passing the real-life wisdom on to others as I embark on this new venture of “positively purging”, as I know each of these pieces represents something…
This is a good way to get back into running – and I was wondering where you get these vignettes from – the Kayla one and this one here – are these real people or are you putting them together?

I agree it is one way to get into running. I have found when one avenue of mindfulness is no longer present, individuals will often find other positive avenues such as running, yoga, walking, skating etc. Thank you for reading.
