    What I have learned about the differences in the way men and women communicate- Women to establish intimacy or common feeling. Men to establish hierarchy or share information and is often solution oriented – That’s where Men get into trouble trying to fix problems when women just want to have you confirm that you understand what they’re feeling and are heard
