Meditative Rhythm

When I’m feeling overloaded, I’ll take a jog without music or podcast. The first 15 minutes with no distractions is torture, but after that my mind goes into a meditative state , problem solving fugue state. The clomping of my sneakers and rhythm of my breath lull me mentally, and I start to work on problems or come up with unexpected notions.
