Growth

The seed must have thought it would take forever to sprout. The sprout must have thought it would take forever to break through the soil. The stalk must have wondered if it would ever become a tree. The tree must have ached to finally grow into an abundant forest. You too are on your way to miracles and wonder. Patience can make hardship softer and invite ease into your life. Patience seduces your dreams, dissolves anxiety, and awakens your gifted inspiration. The creator in you grows wide-open and relaxed. Patience doesn’t slow you down. It tunes you up. Dilates your soul vessels for sacred flow. Patience is self-Love, too. Practice patience, dear soul. And believe. Your abundant forest is already breaking through. –Dr. Jaiya John

the glow

When you see a woman glowing, looking softer and lighter, and walking with her head held higher, trust that what you’re witnessing is the aftermath of resilience—a woman reclaiming her peace after a difficult chapter.

Celebrate her.

Support her.

Encourage her.-Alex Elle

Brilliantly Trained

“I tell my students, ‘When you get these jobs that you have been so brilliantly trained for, just remember that your real job is that if you are free, you need to free somebody else. If you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else. This is not just a grab-bag candy game.” – Toni Morrison
