Great quote, I discovered my old me when someone yelled at me for something I had nothing to do with, then I relized that the reflection of oneself is always reflected in others. I know run on. What I meant was that becsuse I’m too nice I became like a sponge absorbing around my environment. Now I stopped by just shrugging my shoulders and move on with a smile.

It is good to know your triggers and being able to shrug them off is a great level of maturity 😉
