As we move toward the end of this strange and challenging year, many of us are still wrestling with uncertainty. So much has changed, so much has shifted, and the world continues to transform itself on a near-daily basis. If we want to leverage this upheaval productively, we must ask ourselves some key questions: How can we turn this disruption into a new beginning? How can we reimagine our lives? What can we create in the wake of this accelerated evolution?
• What are the barriers that get in your way? • What does your “inner voice” say to you? (Negative or positive self-talk?) • How do you view “power” within a relationship? • What is your view on stereotypic roles within the family? • What is your view on childrearing and discipline? • What relational issues (between you and close family and friends) seem to come up time and time again?
