Dear Self

Write a Letter to Your Future Self : Set aside just 10-15 minutes. Find a quiet space. Reflect on your current challenges, dreams, and feelings-then write a letter to your future self. What encouragement do you want to give? What do you hope they’ve discovered? What do you want them to remember? You don’t have to overthink it. The act of writing is the act of witnessing yourself. This simple tool helps: Clarify your values. Release emotional tension. Create a moment of mindfulness. Strengthen your sense of direction You can seal the letter and open it in 3 months-or whenever you need a reminder that you’ve always been trying your best.
